We provide training at both Public and Private venues.

When making a booking you will get to pick the location that suits you or your staff members. Please also view your confirmation email for course location. If you are still unsure please contact your Regions, Regional Manager.

Yes, we sure can. Workplace First Aid Training Ltd is a New Zealand Qualifications Authority Registered Private Training Establishment (PTE) under the provisions of the Education Act 1989 and its subsequent amendments.

Individuals can pay via credit or debit card at time of booking through website booking portal. We will send out an invoice to organisations after the course.

Certificates are valid for two years. You are allotted a 3 month grace from the date of your certificate expiry, during which time you must complete your Re-Certification course to maintain your qualification.

Workplace First Aid Training LTD is required by NZQA to check the eligibility of students before they attend a First Aid Re-Certification course. If you have not completed your initial training course with us (Workplace First Aid Training or Comprehensive First Aid Training), please bring your last certificate with you for the tutor to sight on the day of the course.

Yes. Contact us and we will make sure we meet your schedules and staffing needs. We can hold private training courses at your location for groups of 10 or more.

6400 Manage first aid in emergency situations (Level 3 Credit 2)

How many trained first aiders you need will depend on the hazards in your workplace, the number and location of employees and how close you are to medical services. Rapid response is important and all businesses will want to ensure that any injuries or suffering are not made worse by unnecessary delays in treatment. The best way of doing this is to have at least one qualified first aider available in every place of work.”

There is a grace period of 3 months after your certificate expires. You would need to come for the Workplace First Aid or Comprehensive First Aid course(s) after this 3 month grace period.

If a group booked course, Private or Public, needs to be cancelled please inform Workplace First Aid Training.

A cancellation minimum period of two weeks’ notice is required. A cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is less than two weeks and will be subject to forty percent of the group booking fee.

Please talk to us about alternative training methods that we could offer prior to cancelling your course.

Yes, Formal complaints should be addressed in writing to the Managing Director. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the Managing Director, the following agencies are avilable to handle your complaint.

In all cases Workplace First Aid Training will endeavor in culturally appropriate and culturally sensitive practices with all stakeholders in the organisation including staff, clients and organisation. Clients will be encouraged to voice and special conditions pertaining to their race or culture.
