This First Aid Refresher Course is 100% no personal contact outside of your bubble and is delivered from the comfort of your home. There is Pre-Course online learning to be completed and then a zoom conference video will be arranged to cover the practical skills of your refresher.

Items you will need for the zoom session include:

• A family member (For DRSABCD and Stable Side Position)
• A First Aid Kit (For Bandaging)
• Long sleeve top or thermal top (For Slings)
• A teddy bear (For CPR and Choking)
• A Chair positioned approx 2.5 meters away from your camera. (So we can see the ground and you)

Once you’re booked in we will send you the Pre-Course online learning link and zoom link for your practical portion of this course.
